RCReports allows users to email a Reasonable Compensation or a Client Interview link directly to the the client from the platform. Keep in mind that these reports and interviews can only be sent to the e-mail address that is associated with the client’s account.
Sending a Client Interview Link (Cost Approach)
On Step 5 of generating a Cost Approach reasonable comp. report, you will be given a prompt to email the Client Interview to your client via RCReports. Simply select “Click to send an email invitation to the interview” and a link to access the Client Interview will be immediately sent to your client. To ensure your client receives the email, you select “Send me a copy of this email” and you will be copied on the email to your client.
Sending a Reasonable Compensation report or Interview Link (after report is generated):
You can send your client a copy of their Reasonable Compensation report or Client Interview link even after a report / interview is generated.
