Quick step-by-step guides to set up clients, complete interviews, and generate your first report from start to finish.
Step 1: Add Clients
Creating a client is the first step to using RCReports. Once a client is added, a benchmark is automatically generated.
Step 2: Run a Benchmark
How to run wage benchmarks for new and existing clients.
Step 3: Generate a Report
Once the client is created and a Benchmark range has been set, we can generate a fully defensible reasonable compensation report.
Step 4: Revise and Finalize Report
Once a report is complete, it needs to be Finalized. Reports are editable for up to 30 days and can be Finalized at any time during this period.
